Manage alerts
Open My alerts and sign in with the same email used when creating your alert. Guest alerts for that verified email will appear in your account. You can activate, pause, edit or cancel alerts that have not already queued or completed.
Verification links
Open the email link and press Activate my alert. Reopening an activated link shows its current state. If an old or expired link cannot be used, sign in with the same email to manage the alert without creating duplicates.
Missing email
Check spam and confirm the address entered. Sent means the provider accepted the email; Delivered means the receiving mail server accepted it, which still does not guarantee placement in your inbox.
Offline references
Previously viewed public pages may be available offline. Cached rates retain their original dates and are marked delayed. Reconnect before relying on a fresh reference.
